The Slaughter of War:

“A Reluctant Hero’s Journey of Fear, Hate and Hell,
Through the Chaos of Arctic War,
In Search of Courage, Love and Salvation.

Can one Lone Soul Alter the Destiny of the Entire World?

It’s 1960. Three lonely years of separation have passed since a young veteran first met his love while on leave in the spring of 1957. Closely holding each other dancing, they began their struggles to find unconditional love together. Finally discharged, with not even enough money for a marriage license and finding no job, he has now been forced to choose an unthinkable secret journey into Arctic Hell for their dream of love to be born and to protect his country once again.

In his new world of global chaos, the cold war of 1960 is boiling over. The US Navy is boarding suspected Russian spy ships in the north Arctic Ocean. In retaliation, the Russians are shooting down US high altitude spy planes flying over their most secret military installations. Threats and fear of not just another war are everywhere, but this time it is the terror of a Nuclear Holocaust.

Since hated war has already slaughtered his father, brother and best friend, he suffers from overwhelming fear of his own violent death. In spite of this trauma, to save all he loves, he has no other choice but to become this Arctic Secret Agent Battling Lies, Spies and Wild Beasts to find the secret to

Stop Global Nuclear War.

His new life of never ending fear begins at a small but critical, classified mountain military post overlooking the unforgiving Arctic Ocean. Discovering he is Just miles from his hated enemy, the perpetual freezing, black days on these northern most desolate shores of the Arctic Ocean tear at his brain. Hired as a long range radio communications expert, it is his mission to provide US North American Defense Command with advanced knowledge of possible Invasions from Russia over the North Pole. Instant information about the enemy is the key to his nation’s survival. He has been told many times in his training that Failure is Not an Option.

Without warning, this lone soul becomes stranded on his mountain peak of looming failure. With growing 150 mile an hour winds at 95 below zero, a freezing Arctic hurricane begins to tear apart his fragile radio outpost. The Destructive wrath of Nature grows out of control. The gauges of the massive banks of electronic equipment that he has vowed to protect begin to freeze and die. Gone is the constant chatter over the sound system between the Radar dome operators, just 100 yards away, and the support team at the base camp far below. Gone are the radio voices of rescue coming from his fellow Arctic nomads hundreds of miles to the south. All calls of danger from this mountain top to the outside world have become nothing but deafening silence. A great nation is totally blind to enemy attack.

As his failing outpost is being torn apart, the last life blood of human warmth is being sucked out of every widening crack and crevice creating the screams of 1000 bats. Even shreds of his shirt jammed deep into his ears cannot keep his growing deafness away. The shattering glass of small observation windows becomes arrow pointed shrapnel hurled into his thick but fragile arctic parka. The comforting glow of the electric lights once powered by giant buried cables and massive generators at the base camp far below begin their flicker and dance of death. With their protective doors torn open by the violence all round him, the dying but still powerful giant transmitters spew forth deadly radiation. These unseen forces of human inhalation may be the destruction of his seed of life and so condemn his children never to be born - If he survives.

With unconditional love, can one lone person find the secret to
Stop Global Nuclear War and change the fate of an entire world?

Only the dust of decaying secret files of these frightening times can disclose the
Total Truth about “The Man with More Lives than a Cat”™ and his
Slaughter of War
